In this week’s Hidden Wealth Review, I teach that every major market meltdown happens right after every major market melt up. We have just seen the top “bear market” predictor. This indicator has been accurate for the last 40 years.
To see this massive bear market predictor, you simply have to investigate the relationship between the yields of the ten and two year Federal bonds. When the Fed raises short-term rates, long-term rates go down. When the spread between these two yields falls below zero, it signals the start of a bear market.
If you look at the chart below, you will see that whenever the spread dropped below zero, a bear market occurred (the red circles). If you look to the right of the chart, you will notice that the spread has been crashing in recent months.
We are dangerously close to going negative right now! This is a bad sign for the long-term outlook. I want to teach you how you can do the proper investigation to get the proper insulation for your serious retirement savings.
