Davis is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a degree in economics with a minor in entrepreneurship.

Davis is a devoted triathlete who enjoys competing at the highest level and he has achieved high ranking results as well as qualifying for and competing in, the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.
